Kinda gets the job done
I’m able to review my lease, pay my rent and place maintenance requests easily from the app. My biggest complaint is within the payments section, please include my monthly rent due, what was paid in the past so that I don’t have to play a guessing game before the first of the month or look through lease each month. This is difficult when more than one person contributes to the rent and you need to figure out each person’s portion.No hope for Humanity9

So far we haven’t had any problems with the app. We have had to put in two maintenance requests and it’s easy to do and we were contacted in a timely manner.
