  • Kinda gets the job done

    I’m able to review my lease, pay my rent and place maintenance requests easily from the app. My biggest complaint is within the payments section, please include my monthly rent due, what was paid in the past so that I don’t have to play a guessing game before the first of the month or look through lease each month. This is difficult when more than one person contributes to the rent and you need to figure out each person’s portion.

    So far we haven’t had any problems with the app. We have had to put in two maintenance requests and it’s easy to do and we were contacted in a timely manner.
    Paying the monthly rent on the app is convenient.

    Very easy to navigate. Color scheme & rates high in the User-Friendly category. Easy to pay your rent in just a few quick taps.

    We have lived in other complexes but this is by far the most efficient way to communicate with people! You can pay rent and make a maintenance request in seconds!
  • Mike is amazing!

    I am a new resident here at Redwood Dublin and submitted my first maintenance request a few days ago. Mike contacted me in a timely manner and was very thorough and personable when he came over to assist me. He asked if there was anything else that he could help us with while he was here, and was just an absolute joy to work with. He is another reason why I am so so happy to be a part of this community.

    North Canton Redwood has a top notch system in place for requesting maintenance. I appreciate how easy it is to use. Not being techno savy, even I learned how to follow steps to make a request.
    Without a doubt, this is just one more of many ways our North Canton Management stays on top of matters and consequently is HOME to so many totally satisfied and happy residents. Three shoutouts to Karol, Heather, and Bryce!!!

    Super easy to download, make payments, request maintenance and get reminders too!

    I would never recommend this place! Huge mistake I made. Especially for the cost. Many issues with things not working, availability of leasing agents to contact for info rarely ever answer a call let alone take a day to get back to you. Maintenance, god only knows if they truly exist to do what they are supposed to be doing. Yet when I did see them they where trailering a brand new fridge behind a golf cart meaning holding it while dragging it thru the road like old school days to another unit, it’s no wonder my main fridge door is messed up. Let alone No AC for over a month. Ridiculous!

    The Redwood app is extremely simple and easy to use. It makes everything easy, from submitting a maintenance request to paying rent.
