Can’t transfer from one redwood to another
I move from one redwood to another and had to set up a whole new account because the app can’t transfer. That’s a pretty ugly bug in the program.Retired fan

Great Community, Staff, & Homes
The app is a great, easy way to pay bills, send emails, put in maintenance requests, and get up to date info. The home is great for people just starting out, downsizing, or just looking for maintenance free living. (You do have to still cook & clean for yourself.). But they even have deals with various companies where you can get discounts on those things & more. I’ve lived here almost 3 years now & haven’t had any major issues. My only negative I can think of is that it is pricey but so far that hasn’t deterred me. They are building new homes (all single level) & beautiful. Come check one out!!Kwally15
