Do not download - Appears to be some sort of scam
Received text saying they have partnered with Florida Department of Health to deliver COVID test results. Unfortunately I downloaded before double checking. This does not appear on DOH website of list of iOS apps. Hopefully, didn’t do damage by downloading.HelpFIxThisGame
