We've completely rebuilt the app since we spotted this issue with older iOS versions. We've actually just soft-launched it today.Fatal flaw: Nice idea but map will not allow sliding
When you plan a pub night or crawl you want to plan for where you WILL be, not where you ARE, so you need to be able to slide the map instead of it fixating on where you are currently. Fatal flaw. App to be deleted.viewer-x

This would be a great app, but it crashes every time you click the ‘More information’ on a pub and it’s impossible to navigate around the map. Urgently needs updatingAbi-G

Love the idea, but the app is incredibly slow to find location and crashes every time I try to view details of a pub.
Plus definition of independent is skewed as it’s listing places like Stonegate which are almost as huge as Wetherspoon anyway.RealCallumpy
Great idea, but…
Love the idea of this app and it’s a great way to find pubs when out and about. But the ‘more information’ button on each pub crashes the app, so it’s impossible to know anything about a venue, other than it’s name. It hasn’t been updated for a year so is it still in operation? I hope so.TebbsG

Just as useless as before - map or search function doesn’t work. So you can’t look at anywhere apart from the immediate area which is pretty pointless. Also relies on users updating the database so no investment being made - it can never be accurate as pubs are opening and closing daily. Completely undeveloped and should be taken down.Show lessJoint ralph54
Disappointing
I really liked this app and used it a lot back in the day. Unfortunately since I’ve been so busy with work I didn’t use it much so I’m extremely disappointed to log in and find that it doesn’t work anymore…RinatsuChan
Needs porting to newer OS versions
I love the idea. Anywhere but Wetherspoons and let’s support local pubs and brewers. Sadly this just doesn’t work since IOS was updated. It smacks of a developer who had a great idea and who moved onto something else. Come on, update the app.Tox1415
Dead in iOS15
The app used to be great! Sadly, since iOS 15 was introduced, the app does not work at all, map is frozen, and unable to zoom in or out or navigate anywhere other than the current area. No way of contacting developer so app will remain broken until the developer presumably next needs a beer?Stu Rod
