Don’t waste your time
The app doesn’t work. Requires a form of ID but won’t let me add one. Utterly useless. This is after entering credit card details. When I selected “delete account” the app said a team member would be in touch. So they can swipe your credit card and take all your details…. instantly. Then not provide access and then make it difficult to delete your account. Definitely give this one a wide berth.

Terrible and buggy app
Nothing works. Couldn’t get to Verify ID. Talked to support 3 times until they “changed something “ so I could get to is verification. Now I’d verification is throwing an error and so on. If app doesn’t work No other way to do anything
App is unusable
I work in technology and can be pretty forgiving and often find workarounds for bad technology. But this app made it completely impossible to get past entering card details, just flipped into a loop of logging in and asking for card again. So I wasn’t able to hire a bike, and the experience has really put me off even using the app because I’m pretty sure something will go wrong when I’ve got a bike out and I just don’t want to have to deal with that. It’s a real shame considering, of how bad this looks for such a great British brand.
