Bad service don’t work don’t use this app please
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the Forest app, which failed to function properly during my recent bike ride in London. Despite following the instructions and attempting to park the bike in a designated area as indicated in your app, I was unable to end the ride. This malfunction has resulted in continuous charges, unfairly draining my account.This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant theft of my money. I demand an immediate refund of the charges incurred due to the app's malfunction. Please find attached the invoice showing the erroneous charges.It is extremely disrespectful to provide a service that fails to work as advertised, causing users to lose both time and money. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to leave a negative review to warn others about this faulty application and the poor customer service.I expect to receive my refund urgently and trust that you will take this matter seriously.Developer Response
