Activity history- not being saved

Started using the app today, entered activity from this morning and it was not retained, updated this afternoon and that was recorded but is it likely to be overwritten if I update later?

Doesn’t work

Have tried to contact developers via help and support option in app but they haven’t responded. Videos don’t seem to play any sound and the app keeps crashing. Really disappointed as this seemed like a professional company given its linked to council / nhs sponsorship. Will delete and re-download and try again once more and will update my review if it works.

Lovely app - would recommend

Best programme I’ve used to help me stop yo-yo dieting. Now I’m eating the right portion sizes and my weight keeps slowly dropping. The 12 week planner is informative but easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing

I have downloaded this 6 times and have emailed for help but no response. I only get the home page and can’t go any further. Unable to use, very disappointed.

Now still waiting for the ‘technical’ team to sort it out. It’s been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Very bad customer service and lack of response.

Stuck in the questions section

It keeps showing a “Please answer all questions to proceed” even though all fields are done. So it can’t be used. ☹️

Super user friendly

Been using this app for a few weeks now I’ve understood all the features and I have to say it is a joy to use and really keeps you focused every day. The 12 week planner is brilliantly laid out and easy to understand and I prefer the food diary where I can log meals by portion size unlike other apps I’ve used. I do think however there could be more variety with the recommended recipes as it can get quite boring when you use the app daily. Hopefully the developers take this into account in the next update.

Amazing app!

Best thing I’ve ever done is download this app. After completing the 12 weeks not only have I met my target weight I feel better informed, it’s definitely helped me make better food choices. Only thing I would say is more choice of vegan and plant based recipes is definitely needed and the option to save recipes for later.

Keeps crashing

I have been trying to input my details for the last few days but the app just keeps crashing so is unusable

Unable to open app

I’ve downloaded the app but when I go to open it, it says v2.0 available to download and just takes me back to store. However the store is v1.8 and no update available, just Open which takes you back to update message. Very stressful
