Bad display of car arrival time

From booking the ride, the app displayed an arrival time of one minute. It took ten minutes

Easy to use

Easy and dependable

Best cab in Vancouver

I always use these guys for rides to PDX. Been burned too many times by Uber or Lyft drivers flaking out when needed to get to the airport. These guys are super reliable and have friendly drivers. The also hire veterans.

App’s good, company is still probably the best

App is a huge improvement over phone-only dispatch and the debacle known as Curb. Highly recommended.
Anywhere you go in the world (except London, as far as I know) cabbies are independent contractors, which means they work for themselves and lease the cab from the company. That means they’re under no formal obligations to service your order, although they may want to. Now, there was a time when Radio drivers were career pros, and they loved their town and their job. I was one of them. I think you still find more of these types at Radio than you do anywhere else. Still, ridesharing took its toll, and a lot of good people had to bail. I was one of those, too. Radio’s been through a lot in over 75 years, but it’s still cooperatively owned by the drivers themselves and is still probably the most legit company in town.

Keep in mind that chances are, your driver got your order and drove to you immediately. They do not control how busy the orders are or how many cabs are on the road.

Bad app

Worst app ever better to use Lyft

Push notifications

Great company but after a ride I received roughly thirty push notifications asking me to rate the company so here you go. You wanted this one star super bad

Excellent

Awesome driver.

Pick a Price, Not for Airport Use

I scheduled a ride home from PDX Airport to home. The actual fare want up $5 beyond what the app had pre-charged (from 33 to 38). What’s the point in giving me the fare amount first, then running the meter and changing the meter fare when the ride arrives? It feels like bait and switch.

Also, Using RadioCab for PDX airport pickup was not a good experience because I watched many other cab companies use the Island 3 Taxi stand which would have been faster than waiting 40 minutes for RadioCab.

I think I’ll continue to use RadioCab for scheduling early morning trips from home to PDX, but never again for leaving the airport.

Terrible

I set up an account with them and want to close it now and they tell me they don’t have my information, even though I’m in the app look at settings. It says contact us to delete your account. Also there is no way of doing multiple stops unless you call them, why would I want the app if I have to call them anyways. Last, the person I was talking very rude & unprofessional. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

can’t pre-book due to UI scaling issue

good app for ASAP booking, but when trying to pre-book the only option that shows up is “RESET TO ASAP” at the bottom without the ability to scroll down for other options. This is using the smallest font on an iphone SE 1st gen. If the font size is increased then only the time is at the bottom. Please allow UI scaling to accommodate smaller devices or have a multi step confirmation process that doesn’t rely on screen real estate, thanks!
