Not great
Unfortunately this year SchoolPass never works. There are constant issues logging in and forgetting passwords, having to delete the app and reinstall and it showing an activity more than once. Last year was a total breeze! This year it is always causing trouble.
Beyond frustrating
You cannot edit the drivers which is awful. Some of these drivers have moved or have passed away!?! I would never have put half of them on there and where this app drew those names from is beyond me. It's over a decade. Today when I logged in, I have a new son! I have no idea how it got there, and one of my children is missing from the app.

Complete garbage lately
The app was dumb but worked fine enough last year, but I’ve had a ton of problems this school year (3 weeks in). First off, how stupid is it to have to have different logins for kids in different schools? That’s some terrible UX design. I feel bad for parents with kids in all levels of school.
This year, I’ve had an issue where the app will crash if I try to switch which kid I need to mark absent. It gets to the point that I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it then I have to get a new temp password (which both schools have to have their own password for some reason). So I can update one password, but when I have to do this all over again, I have to get a new password again because the temp passwords expire (I get it. That’s how they work).
Why can’t I just have a login that shows both of my kids and their schools so if they’re both out on the same day, I don’t have to jump through a million hoops.

Designed by someone who doesn’t use it
This app requires an excessive amount of clicks to do simple changes. If you have three kids, nothing is grouped - it’s no less than 27 clicks for a change of pickup. One of the worst apps I’ve used but forced to by the school.
Constantly fails
This app constantly fails when I try to load it. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time. Once I get it installed again, it doesn’t recognize me even though I have a user account nad password. It is now giving me a message that my account may not be synced but I’ve been a user for multiple years.

Is doesn't launch and even going through the website doesn't work half the time. In concept iit is a great idea but the software and application are horrible.
Frustrating glitchy app
I really dislike this app. It works sometimes and then it doesn’t. I could be putting in dates for my kiddos doctor appointment two weeks out and the silly thing messages change is after the cutoff time and will not be accepted. But it accepts the other future dates. If you are a school considering this App, I would keep on searching for a better App.

Difficult to set up
This very difficult to set up if you have more than one child. The passwords alone are enough to make me want to throw my phone against the wall. It states you can set the passwords for each child as the same without any directions on how to accomplish that. For those of you who have been successful I applaud you. My child’s school recommended that if parents have difficulty to have their kid set it up for us. Such an enormous waste of time.

Horrible at Tracking kids
Beware. Do not use.
It fails at the simplest task.
It won’t even send the parents of a student a notification when their kids have been signed out. Parents will have no idea when their kids are leaving and with who.
There are better options out there.
