App won’t stay open & won’t sync with the watch. I guess you get what you pay for 🤨

Date format

Date format is only in DD/MM/YYYY. It needs more options such as MM/DD/YYYY and YYYY/MM/DD.

How can I see the weeks daily steps. I can only see the day used

Weather doesn’t update

The watch does not auto update or synch weather information. The OnWear app should be patched because if I “forced synch” it does push the weather information to the watch. But only when I manually forced synch by swiping down on the main screen of the app (much like how you refresh your emails in the email apps). I laugh at most of the reviews posted because they are obviously fake. (Over a hundred of them). I think iOS 15.1 broke the weather update feature because it installed a new version of Apple’s weather app.

No connections

I canot créateur an account mention (null)
Does not send confirmation email, cannot retreive old password cannot connect to watch.

As working last week now ut si not synchronise anymore. Annoying.

Stupid

I read the stinkin privacy policy and users agreement and the freaking thing says I haven’t!!! So how am I supposed to connect to a watch , I’m sorry but I am very annoyed.

Cannot log in to create a new account

I have attempted several times to login after giving my email address and creating a password. When I clicked the “Create” button and error message came up that said the following: “ You have not checked the privacy policy & user agreement, please check before login.” I have clicked both of those and opened them to review them. But I do not see anything in either one to check with them.

I even deleted this app and re-downloaded it and got the same result. When I attempted to click for support on this App Store window I was taken to a blank page that has another error. I have never experienced this kind of trouble to create an account on a app.

How can I get technical support for this app on order to use my new watch?

Can’t connect my watch

I have tried to connect from my iPhone to the watch and it is not working. I tried creating an account and when I click next, it doesn’t allow me to go any further. I get a pop up message about the privacy and user agreement, which I click on and scroll to the end and nothing happens. Does anyone else has this issue or what am I doing wrong. My sister has and Android and has the same watch and hers works beautifully!
