Completely broken
I’m unable to use the app properly at all and it’s making my trip to the hotel difficult to manage. Thankfully the staff have been attentive via email and phone. The app really needs to be fixed.Hooz-Hooz
Potentially the most irritating app I’ve ever used
Honestly, just delete the app. It’s infuriating to log in, with many “password does not match” messages when you know the password. No option to actually tester the password. After eventually getting in, I tried to make a massage booking … turns out I needed to call them. Super irritating and a bad reflection on the hotel brand.Show lessH Zizzle
The worst app - Don’t bother just phone them.
Given the cost of starting at the hotel and amazing service in the hotel they have definitely dropped the ball with this app.
We stay regularly and love Watergate Bay but trying to use this app is painful and annoying.

Not functional on iPhone
In agreement with most other reviews, this app simply doesn’t work. If it was optional, I wouldn’t care. But our not inexpensive stay at Watergate Bay (our favourite destination) is being held hostage by requiring us to use a broken app.
Having to regularly one’s phone also goes against the whole spirit of Watergate Bay and Another Place.Show lessRegular WB guests
Needs a refresh
Having used the app to access and complete the requested pre-arrival form, I can no longer get to my confirmed booking. All I can see on the app’s menus are ways to make new restaurant and room bookings. I’ve never been to Watergate Bay hotel before and this experience does not fill me with delighted anticipation. - majority of links take u back to website
- navigation poor and not user friendly
There is so much opportunity to do this better and provide a more seamless customer experience. Considering u drive all ur customers to this app it would be beneficial to invest in ur digital team and defiantly get some customer research! This doesn’t workShow lesslgquinan

Great Hotel - shocking App
This app is terrible.
Booking cause the app to crash
It doesn’t integrate with user accounts on the phone and won’t remember your username password.
And it won’t let you change your password but gives no reason other than Failed.hi aihsbdbdind d
