Doesn’t Work
The app constantly glitches, its not intuitive, won’t allow me to reset my password but doesn’t tell me why, I just get the ‘password reset failed’ message….have I entered too many or too little characters? Have I used the wrong characters? Who knows?!
Watergate Bay is one on my fav hotels & I would expect a better app experience if this is what they would like you to use to manage your bookings.Show lessRobinRed3
Doesn’t work
Confirmation email says I need to use app to book breakfast but cannot log in any which way I try. I guess this will mean “due to covid precautions” no booking = no entry and more money for nothing, best not to have any expectations these days and I really did used to love the waffles here as well!Show lessdot co
Crashes constantly
Worse than useless I’m sorry to say. Can’t access my itinerary as the wheel of death appears without end. Opening the app even usually displays “checking for updates “ then crashes. I have made bookings only for these to disappear. So I have deleted and reinstalled the app many times but will give up now and just talk to the hotel directly.Show lessBiggladd
Nice idea just not working
Can open and view Menüs but cannot book anything. Always get an error message. So having to call the hotel instead.JasonH1982
