If from out of country… find another way
I’d give this zero stars if possible. I am from USA and struggled all trip to use this app. It wouldn’t accept my foreign phone number, so I had to login as anonymous every single time. Therefore, I had to enter my credit card info every time. It was a pain. And if I bought the ticket too early, it would log me back out after it had charged me. I got charged for about 3-4 tickets that I did not use simply from it kicking me off the app at sometime during the process. So my suggestion, if you aren’t from Iceland….don’t. I finally found bus tickets at the 10-11 that was in physical format and you could pay for uses vs. time periods. Do this if at all possible.
Honestly, I don’t know why they haven’t fixed this as tourism is a big part of the economy for them. It’s like they didn’t even consider out of country visitors when developing this app. It definitely needs help.Show lessTourist from another country
Use anonymous option
This app is so bad bus drivers will let you ride free if you try to use it. QR scanning does not work in the bus at all.
Use the anonymous option under registration if you want to pay for the ticket otherwise just show that you are using the app and they will let you ride free lolstoshy

I took a bus recently and this had all I needed, two 75 minute bus passes. havent been able to log in and I’m unsure if it just doesn’t send the SMS or I cant receive it thoughneaumusic
It's getting better
Seems to work fine now most of the time for my usage. I travel to work on the bus every work day and I've noticed a lot fewer issues lately.
I have a years pass so payment happens only once a year which seems to be the biggest source of complaints right now.Gormurinn
App is straight dysfunctional
It won’t send an SMS to a US number. Trying anonymous login, buying a ticket fails with: Another login with your phone number is in use! We will log you out. Wow! I didn’t know I attached a number with anonymous login.dlz93456
Worst app I’ve ever seen or used

Absolute rubbish
This app does not deserve even 1 star, I would have given it 0 if I could. Complete rubbish, doesn’t allow you to buy ticket because there’s always an error shown. Even if you accidentally buy your ticket - you can never be sure you’ll be able to use it, because it might just disappear. Yep, you read that right. I can’t imagine how people use it on daily basis. Broken
The key to functionality in this app is your phone number. It will not verify US phone numbers, so the only option is to use it in "anonymous" mode. However, you risk loosing any tickets that you might purchase (if you can get through the laborius login process). I wrote to them and got a "can't help you" answer for North American phone numbers. Subpar and not working
App made by inexperienced team, every step is a problem.
Signom doesnt work, payments dont work, adding card does not work etc. Everything needs 10 tries.
Rather buy 24h ticket in 9/11 shop or something.MichaelMetaverse
