Dreadful app
Gave this dross one star as it won’t allow me to give none, or a negative value.
Some fool came up with the great idea of replacing the existing app (which worked perfectly)with this trash that offers half the functionality on the rare occasions you can get it to work.
To the developers: Destroy the source code, quit your jobs and stay away from anything involving programming. Sincerely.Show lessFivemagicks

This should be made more obvious, why allow people to look up routes across the island, then bury in the small print tickets are only for Reykjavik… JokeBæ_the_boffle
Worked But Not Clear Enough
I have a U.S. phone # and was able to purchase tickets. However, this is not fully a Straeto replacement. When I got on the bus at the airport, the driver informed me the cross -country bus tickets are in Straeto not KLAPPIÐ. Luckily, I could pay with credit card for my ticketPrimisole
Don’t waste your time - app doesn’t work.
I downloaded the app and spent 2 hours trying to buy a bus ticket for myself and my husband. The app wouldn’t accept my credit card (which I’ve been using for the last week all over Iceland) or my phone number (it kept changing my country code to Iceland). Bottom line - I never was able to purchase my tickets. The app definitely needs some work, it is quite dysfunctional.Show lessLake girl :-)

I respond to reviews for my job and total I wanted to update my customer review for the clap. Lo amf behold, my truthul review has been removed. Ok. So. Here we go again.
- language options are sketch - it mostly doesn’t work
- route planning has been implemented but it’s very clunky as compared to the old strætó app. There is no live map displaying where busses are at the moment.
- it is difficult to distinguish between “I want to buy 5 tickets for 5 different trips for myself” and 1 ticket for 5 people in a group
- there is no option to pay per ride without linking a debit or credit card directly to the app
- child, disabled, elderly pricing is where? Burying pricing goes against Apple’s policy. Not cool, strætó. Not cool. Instead of freaking out and þetta reddast maybe consider releasing versions that are usable and not bare MVP. I could go on but since I’m an English speaker I’ll probably be ignored.Show lessSystem Of A Blargh
Extremely dysfunctional
Frequently fails. I have a year long pass but when I bought a new phone the app didn’t work when I wanted to log in. Had to have someone else pay for me even though I already have a year pass. Had another friend try to log in with a Finnish phone number +358 and it automatically changed it to +354. This app would be great if it worked. embarrased on the bus
i bought a ticket, but it just wouldn’t load. so i had to stand there like an absolute bufoon and then i used the other, much better app to actually be able to ride the bus. when i was on my way home, however, the app kept breaking and once more it couldn’t load. this app needs some professional helpShow lessHappy playing Jump Ball
It’s working
I was hesitant to download the app because of bad reviews. But it worked for me. I had to reload it though as it didn’t accept my card initially. Overall the app did the trick and I was able to buy bus tickets.hatethatineedtocreatenickname
