I sent a landlord a message using this app. I was never asked to allow notifications from this app, so I assume I won’t get any when they DO message back. On top of that, my session expires periodically, so I have to constantly sign back in. There’s no biometric auth options, so I have to type out my email and password every time.Show lessDeveloper Response

the app is fine other than every time I open it, it tells me the session has expired and I have to login again. It doesn’t remember my email. No option for Face ID. If I go out of the app for more than an hour, I’m logged out again. Suuuuuuper time consuming.Developer Response

I really like the app overall. It’s easy to use and accurate but I have complaint that is pretty annoying. I don’t like when you are sorting through monthly rental prices that you can only set it to “$1000 or less, or $2000 or less”, as I am looking for prices in between. It would greatly increase efficiency, especially because I am also looking for a rental in a downtown area, and it pops up a crazy amount of units within that prices range. Even adding a $1500/month or less option would be helpful.Show lessHorrible all around
App has constant force closes, the website can’t keep you logged in when changing through pages on multiple browsers, customer support just dismissed any issues you have, no one from tech support reaches out and the devs don’t care about these comments. Trash all around.Not Great
App frequently freezes and crashes. Places I browse don’t pop up when I click on them, or other listings pop up instead. I encounter loading issues almost every time I use the app. Once you exceed $900 in the price menu, highest and lowest prices can only be set by the thousands, so if your price isn’t set on an even 1000, you will be shown listings you aren’t interested in or you cannot afford. This app wants to be convenient and user-friendly, but is sloppy in its execution. Feels unfinished.Show lessManage rent & maintenance requests?
If I remember right I think I used the app to find my place. But for current tenants/landlords, there really needs to be a feature to manage maintenance requests and pay rentIssue
There is a problem with apartments loading. Keeps showing a white screen.Almost perfect
The app needs more improvement when it comes to speed, interface, functionality, features, and the biggest thing is it always lag.
Update 6/5: developers, please make the app crash proof. It always crashes and it’s being useless right now.Developer Response
