Filters don’t work
I have to waste my time sorting through apartments that don’t meet my requirements despite selecting filters to remove them. Customer service couldn’t fix the issue.AMSusername148

This all is completely useless unless you are searching for a rental to rent. Cant communicate with your tenant. Cant see payments or billing history or any features that are useful to Landlords (or tenants trying to pay their landlord)lolololololololollollolol
Lazy programming for the price filter
So I can filter in $100 increments if I am looking for a rental under $1000 but only in thousand dollar increments after that. If I am looking for a $1200 rental I don’t want to have to see those among a bunch of $1700 and $1800 rentals.

I would rate this app higher if it wouldn’t crap out every 15 minutes and then not be able to reload it for another hour.

There is no way to enter exact numbers for price ranges. You can sort by 100 increments but only under 1000... not much help there. Also I wish you could filter by certain types of parking, not just if there is any or not.Th3MrBob

The app is supported for tenants only and has no landlord version. Hopefully that in the future Rentler can add an landlord version to it.Cerena Chen
