The best workout app on the market!
I have been using this app for years now and have seen significant gains and received many compliments from friends and family for my progress. This app has everything you need to take your workouts to the next level with structured workout plans and videos to watch and learn proper technique. You can even track your calories on the app and set calorie goals determined by your fitness goals and level of day to day activity. Highly recommend for everyone! This is a must have!

Great app
Great app helps beginners a lot!!! I’ve lost 30lbs in 3 months with the help of this app. but small things that I don’t like but isn’t crazy is that you can lose your progress easily. What I mean by that is if I hit the rest button and accidentally hit the food tab or any other tab it will reset my progress for that particular work out which isn’t terrible but something to mention also it has small bugs. Example I’m done with my 12 week program and it’s trying to bring me to week 13 and it’s not telling me that I am complete. Once again not major but something to mention. Last thing is the food scanner. It is a pain sometimes to scan and also it sometimes will not read the correct items it will read something close to it though. Example. I would scan a generic(store brand) or something not as popular and it will read something similar. Once again not crazy but it will be off by like 3 cal.

PERSONAL TRAINER FOR $14
Best money I've spent aside from my home gym collection of equipment. I had been using home gym and getting minimal results. The nutrition calculator is 💯, needs some more accurate info on some products, but given time Im sure that will iron out. Nutrition is biggest portion of getting in shape. Exercises are awesome and you can substitute exercises if you don't have certain equipment. Ill be a subscriber for life. I cant stress how important the nutrition calculator is. Get your green checkmarks for the day and your good. Videos are top notch. Don't hesitate, but be patient this app is new. Great job on app Beastly!

Solid App Needs Notes Section
Overall this is a great application. Covers all the necessities for working out to include workout plans that evolve as you progress, macro counter and videos showing the proper way to complete the exercise. Also tracks your previous growth. The one thing I would like to see is a note section where you can add input to each workout more importantly a set depending on how those reps felt. I notice the stats can very over time but I don’t recall why I may have been off on a particular day. Being able to add notes would explain why i did certain things during a particular workout.

Limited. Good for beginners.
This app has a great database of different exercises, but you are limited to the workout plans the app gives you (you do have some variance).
I wish there was a custom workout plan option where I could use my own training regiment. Let me customise everything from sets to reps to exercises, and just track the weight for me.

Not bad
I like David & admire his physique. The app is simple to use and professional. I’m using the total body / push pull routine. I wanted something fresh and it does the job. But as an ex athlete & PT the routine seriously lacks leg exercises in this set up. So, I’ve added some quad exercises on the push day and calves on the pull day. Not sure it’s worth the £14 per month subscription if you have to add exercises yourself. If you didn’t your leg gains would be poor. A little more thought and adding some more leg work would be necessary. Especially as I felt the volume was low and easy.

App is no longer good
They just updated the app so it’s now super difficult to create meals. I’m having to use my fitness pal and then transfer the macros over. I’m looking forward to my subscription ending in October, I’ll be going back to my fitness pal
The best fitness app
This app is great. There are so many different programs to choose from. Tracking the weights and the weekly increase suggestions, really help gain strength. Not to mention you can track your food and progress as well. I think it is definitely worth the purchase for wherever you are at in your fitness journey. There are programs for beginners and more experienced lifters. The app is also super easy to use! Overall 10/10.

Big fan of this app! Iove the ease and flow of this app. The workouts are great and the fact you get to choose from 5-6 different plans are awesome. The food tracking is easy and helps keep me on track. Would highly recommend this app
