Amazing app for moms
This app had helped me more in one week than 20 YEARS of therapy. I feel like I am in so much better control of my emotions now and am so thrilled I found this.
Total game changer
With no help and being a single mom I was really struggling with keeping it together. This app is a parenting gold mine. So many good sessions and super helpful in staying calm when under motherhood stress.
Effective app for moms
I found this app to be quite effective to shift how I was parenting in a much more positive direction. Super worth it if you are a parent. The app looks great and more importantly it works.
Charged when said it was free
I signed up for a 30 day free trial on 7/18 and they charged me instead! Avoid!!! I read it several times before signing up to make sure I wouldn’t be charged and they still charged me. Back story: I used this once before and was looking to see if they magically lowered their prices and when it offered another 30 days I jumped on it. Total scam. It’s a shame because I really like the service the app provides but most moms can’t afford $15 subscription service especially with inflation going through the roof everywhere. It’s worse when they’re tricked into paying for something.
Update: the developer claims I said they offered a “60 day free trial”. I never said that. I was offered 30 days for free when I went to check out pricing….that’s why I signed up!!! Own up to your false advertising or glitchy app instead of putting words into my mouth. I would not have signed up again for a ridiculous price of $15 a month but would def seize another 30 day trial… After seeing how ridiculous these people are and their failure to own their falsehoods…I will never be a return customer and will never recommend them to anyone. Total sharks with no integrity.

So so awesome
I downloaded this app not sure if I would actually use it, but so glad I did. The sessions are short and sweet and have shifted how I feel really quickly. Honestly, it feels kinda magical! Never knew hypnotherapy could work so quickly and effectively. If you’re a parent, you need this app.
Fabulous App
This app is fabulous. I was skeptical that anything could help me but I was at the end of my rope and this app made a big difference in how I feel. Thank you for making this.
Nice concept, not well executed
The app is a great concept but there’s two main issues for me.
On many occasions, more times than not, trying to get a season to play takes forever! Loading times are ridiculous, not just for the sessions but just to open the app at times takes forever. When you only have a 10 minute work break to utilize the app because that’s all the time you have in the world, and more than half of that time is spent on loading, it’s just not worth it.
My other issue is the hypnotherapists snaps. It is a huge distraction! One snap I can get over, but in the longer sessions he snaps like 10 times. The snaps are to put you deeper in a trance yet it has the opposite effect. A single snap in the beginning should suffice, if he feels he must do it. Anything after that should be focused on the message of the session. Rather than counting down from five, 4 or 5 times within 10 minutes, with a snap after each one.

Hi, sorry to hear you had some issues with session loading times and opening the app. We have tested the app since your review and found no issues with loading of sessions and/or the app itself. Please check your internet speed and make sure you are on wifi. Regarding the snaps, we updated the session that was in question, and now it has only 2-3 snaps. The snapping is a crucial part of hypnotherapy, which is crucial for creating the change in the motherhood habit that you are working on like: anger, impatience, anxiety, etc. This is why so many moms see results when using MamaZen unlike other meditation apps.
Two expensive
It’s cost $15 a mont there no free version you can try it for a month for free if you are lucky and the you have to pay. Didn’t know this when I was going through the motions to check out the app!!! Waste my time. Also from what I read it sound like it heavy on the hypnotherapy , I was hoping for some actual tools or practices I could use in my daily routine. The ad on Facebook made it seem like the app was something else...

I wanted to love it.
I felt the sessions were too short to work and by the time they encouraged a few deep breaths they were moving into the session and I wasn’t relaxed yet. Plus, being late in my pregnancy, I found it difficult to follow the breathing counts for that long without getting winded, which totally counteracted any calming effect it should have normally had. I wish the sessions started with more of a relaxation or at least have that option. I was never relaxed enough for the session to work and just got frustrated because he was still talking and I wasn’t in the right state of mind. If this app were to work for me I’d have to spend five or ten minutes meditating and relaxing on my own before each one and for the price I can’t see myself doing that.

My favorite parenting app!
I absolutely love this app. The first session I did was around anger and it brought me so much perspective & peace. I love the variety of topics, the daily mama notes and the emergency sessions. This is an app I recommend every parent check out!
