Terrible! I returned the power bank and I was charged as if it hadn’t been returned. Talk via chat on the app and was told it hadn’t been returned. Only way I was told to prove it was to go back into town and take a picture of which slot I put in!! Went back into town, stressing that I was now going to be charged and took a pic…then the chat person said. Yes I can see it’s been returned!!! What the hell. Won’t be using this service again. Now I have to calm myself with a coffee and massive doughnut

Absolute Thieves
Don’t use this app! I downloaded it while I was at hospital with pneumonia. I rented a charger for just a couple of hours, but it kept cutting out, so I retuned it, following the instructions they gave me. Instead of billing me for the couple of hours I had the device, they charged me for 19 hours use, suggesting that I may not have docked the device properly. When I contacted their customer services, they couldn’t give a hoot!

Misleading
Allows you to rent it for 24 hours plus but device only charges for 1-2 hours - if that was made clear at the start I’d have made sure to return the device within 1 hour
Convenient but bad quality of power bank
It was such a life saver at hospital when my wife got admitted, however the charging was slow and didn’t last long to charge fully. Better power bank would make it awesome.

Handy to have these around. Sat in a hospital waiting room, you play on your phone. Time flys bye and all of a sudden your battery shows 20%.

Love the idea and when you find one it’s great, highly recommend. Map not accurate, often will say they have them and you get there and they don’t and I’ve bought 2 and once you charge them they never work again.
Overpriced. Not much charge.
If you can find another way, do it. Extra star because in absence of no other way, it is useful. But not enough charge for a full phone. Thing just stopped charging my phone and I had to give it back. Also farming as many emails and phone numbers as possible as part of the sign up process. Avoid if u can.

This was helpful but only enough battery life to charge my phone once in the day. I think it would have been better having longer reliability but still fantastic to have in hospital and in places that are needed. It helped get me through a difficult time being on hand

Good idea
The actual power bank works well. However the set up to need internet and battery for people who clearly has no battery on their phone is a little contradictory. Maybe just tap a debit card would have made more sense.
