  • App doesn’t sync and is very glitchy

    First, how are there only 2 reviews on this app? Weird!!

    Second, the app is really bad. It doesn’t update itself or sync with the desktop servers. Incoming emails do show up but when you archive them, they stay visible as unread until the app refreshes itself. Closing and opening and inbox doesn’t refresh so archived emails are still sitting there.

    Comments with teammates sync up but the notifications cleared on the app (or the desktop) don’t sync so it’s double work.

    Personal inbox emails show as unread but once viewed disappear completely. My personal inbox is not accessible at all in the app so if I read a message (in the unread folder) and don’t reply while it’s loaded on my screen, it disappears (it’s still there on desktop, but no longer viewable anywhere on this app).

    I’m honestly shocked because Zoho has good projects. TeamInbox is meant to compete with Front which I left and I’m pretty disappointed.
  • Verrrry promising idea, lackluster mobile view

    TeamInbox is an awesome idea for companies like mine, with a small staff wherein everyone wears all the hats. Being able to see coworker emails without the constant game of CC’ing and forwarding constantly (or forgetting to do so) is a big desire. But the app feels like it was handed off to a junior dev team. I love almost all of the other Zoho apps, but the iOS experience seems disorganized, underpowered, and kind of half baked. Really hope to see this app get more focused development. Could be a real game changer if it gets some tweaks and improvements.

  • Needs design update for iPad

    The other Zoho apps use the entire screen of my iPad, but this app only uses about a quarter of the screen! Tried to open on iPhone tonight, but it won’t open at all. I prefer not to use the mobile app until these issues are rectified.
