Unexpectedly expensive.
Don’t start into hiver unless you’ve already got several thousand in your bank account to cover unexpected balance shortages. Sure you could get it all back in commissions but until you get through all the expensive packages that can unexpectedly show up, you don’t have access to your remaining balance to get out with. I’m in for 1300 right now that I have no way of paying at the moment

Lacks functionality
I honestly don’t get the point. You can only perform hiver tasks, but you can’t delete or archive emails. So I’m constantly switching between this app and gmail depending on the task required. And you can’t know the task required until you’ve read the email, so it’s a gamble as to which app to open in the first place.
I was really hoping for an app where our business emails could be separate from our personal and we would be able to perform the basic functions you would expect of an app that includes your emails.

Calling me repeatedly
I received multiple calls after downloading this app from a hover rep. They have been asked not to call and my team has received multiple after this. Completely unprofessional.
