Reviews of Hiver

  • Lack of basic features makes Hiver a no-go for our business

No ability to delete/archive emails. No notifications for emails. Doesn’t have features any basic email app has. Considering how much we’re paying them every month, this is unacceptable. I would rather have those development team focus on improving this mobile app than features we don’t use, like chatbots, etc. We plan on switching to another service.
  • Use to be good

Latest versions nothing works when trying to assign. I can’t even get signed back in now after deleting the app and reinstalling.
  • Mobile is less than desirable

Notes do not work at all. Has hurt my business. users thought they left notes later to find out the note never posted.
