Practically perfect
I don’t get all the bad reviews? Some said it didn’t work sometimes but I have been working on my iPhone home page for a while and it worked the whole time, I’m sure the devs will slowly make it work and less buggy for other phones (I have iPhone 7) A good update would be being able to upload images to every widget not just a photo one so like a calendar widget with your own photo for the background, over all 4.5 stars. Don’t forget the app because of the bad reviews try it out first! It might not work depending on your phone.

Love This App! Needs Tweaks
I use the app primarily for the photo displays, and it works fantastic! I love having the ability to display an individual photo as well as photo albums. I have about four different widgets on my home screens for this purpose. While the app is great, I would love a few additional features:
1. Provide more control over the next photo timing interval- maybe besides the default timing include options for 1 min., 5 min., 15 min., 30 min., and 60 min. Something like that.
2. Provide the ability to skip to the next photo in an album. Maybe a simple tap on the widget or something similarly intuitive to skip to the next photo in the sequence.
3. Provide an option to have the photos in an album display in the folder order in the widget. I believe the app currently shuffles the order (which I prefer), but having a sequential order option would be nice.
4. Provide the ability to use custom labels for the widgets on the Home Screen. While I understand the idea of promoting the Widgetsmith brand, having that label for every widget placed on the Home Screen isn’t informative/useful. I would like more descriptive customs labels, like the ones the user chooses when creating each widget in the app.
Again, this is a great and very useful app. Thank you!!

Works perfectly
I don’t how people are having problems it’s probably their phone that doesn’t work not the app. I got it two days ago and I was able to use all sizes and put any picture I want in there, and it never freezes or doesn’t let me click on it. I already made my phone look exactly how I imagined and it lets me stack the widgets together to make like a slide show. And all the people saying you need to make a separate album for each are wrong or probably confused. You just have to click on “photo” then look at the bottom of your screen and then tap on “selected photo”then it will let you choose your photo. I think the people you see using albums don’t know how to use the photo button. So yeah I love this app and it worked perfectly. If you see bad reviews ignore them until you tried it out for yourself because obviously it works for some people like me and all the other people online that have been posting videos on how to do it.☺️Have a good day.

Amazing so far, but...
I strongly recommend this app to anyone who wants to redesign their phone and widgets. I have found it to be really cool and really helpful. I only really have one note, and that is to do with the calendar. I don’t really know why, but when I type in the time that I want to add an event to, it continues to change the hour. I found a way to fix it, but for the devs, I think it might be something to try to fix. Essentially what was happening is that it was “correcting” the time that I have set in Eastern Standard Time and moving it by about four hours (usually). I managed to fix it by entering the times again, but it is something that you may want to take a look at. Otherwise, the app is really good and I’ve found it to be super helpful. Thank you devs for getting this together for us. It’s already awesome!

A few glitches, but overall a great app.
I just got this app when I updated my phone to ios14 and I love to use this app to make my phone more unique! However, after a day or two of having set widgets on my homescreen, the widgets start to glitch. For example the "date" widget wont change the date for the next day and same with the "temperature" widget. Also, around the same time the other widgets start acting up, the widget that I use to showcase a picture/album gets blurry and also will not change. When I attempt to solve this issue the whole widget will glitch all together and will either show a grey or black screen and I have learned one of the only ways to solve this issue is by deleting all of my widgets + the app and redownloading to start fresh. Also this is a solution, it is very frustrating and annoying to have to completely restart my whole homescreen. I absolutely love this app and I feel that with a few updates and bug fixes, it will be even better than what it is now.

Really Good Widget App!!!
I was actually looking through the other comments and noticed that a lot of them gave lower ratings because they couldn't make an individual photo appear where they wanted it to, but if I'm being honest the only reason why that wouldn't work is because you didn't look carefully at the options they gave you. I made my home screen look exactly how I wanted it too and I didn't have to make any changes to my photos (create new albums) and it worked out perfectly fine. So I ask that if you are leaving a low star rated review you check back on the app and look through your options once more, and carefully I might add. Well, if you've read all the way through this comment I appreciate your dedication and ask that you give a good rating for the app because the creator worked really hard on this!

Game changer 🤩🤩
I love this app so much! I found it takes a little bit of playing around with to properly work out how to use it but once you’ve got the hang of it it’s great. I only actually use it to add photos to my Home Screen so I can’t really say much about the other features of it but being able to have a bunch of photos on rotation is great!
Obviously there’s a couple of little things here and there that aren’t quite perfect (in my opinion anyway) yet, but it’s in the early stages so I’m sure in coming updates it’ll have stuff added and fixed.
One thing I’d love to have would be a choice of how often the photos in each widget swapped over, at the moment I’m not really sure how often they swap but it doesn’t seem to be following a timer or anything. It’s not a biggie though and just being able to have photos as part of my Home Screen is so dope!!!

I love this app!
I don’t know why people are saying you can’t choose a custom photo, maybe it’s because it wasn’t available at the time or they were doing it wrong.. but I know it works for me! It’s the only app that works for me actually! The others don’t allow me to choose my own pictures for a specific widget, just put them all in and if it decides it wants to use that one then it will. Which is crap. This one allows me to choose the specific picture and size which is amazing! I also like the fact that we can choose other types of widgets from clocks, pictures, custom texts, and photos (all within the free version)! I only have one issue, you can’t add custom fonts. At least not the way I usually do it, I’ll try again and if it doesn’t work I won’t change my review. Hopefully this will be a feature added in the future.

I’ve had this app for two days and it’s amazing in the fact that it allows you to add custom photos or text to your Home Screen through a widget. However, after using this app for two days some of my widgets began to stop working and would not display the image I had chosen and instead go grey and this also occurs with all widgets that I’ve made since it originally happening. If this glitch is patched this app would definitely be 5 stars with it not having any other flaws that I have noticed apart from this one.

AMAZING, idk why so many one starts
THIS APP IS GREAT FIR IOS 14 LIKE IT MAKES YOUR HIME SCREEN SO GOOD AND IT WAS REALKY EASY TO SET UP! Ok I’m just going to get my mom to show her this app and she is not going on a trip so I’m not going on the same day so I’m not going on the same page and she said that she would be ok if she is going on a date with me or I don’t think she is ok I don’t know what about to say I though it was a joke she is not really sure tyi I would have to go back and get it to you see if she is not mad or I just don’t want her I know that I just want you guys out and I don’t think know why I don’t know what if you want me to do it I know that I’m not really sure how you are doing it I’m just going to get you a good time and I’m just going to get a hold of you you guys don’t know why I don’t want you guys don’t want me to do anything with your family I know you you know I love it
