Great online workout
I’m so thankful to the Alchemy community for creating this. I used to belong to their gym in Minneapolis and loved it. I miss being able to do their in class workouts but since I’m so far away now in Hawaii and it’s a pandemic🙄 this is a great way to have motivation to stay strong and healthy. Best workout studio (gone app) in the game
Alchemy is one of my favorite studio based workouts I’ve ever been too. With their constantly changing class layout and energetic teachers you rarely get bored. The work outs are easy to follow and save. Lots to choose from and if you don’t have a torpedo it’s not a problem, you can easily sub weights. The coaches are motivating without screaming too.Suzanels
