I joined Alchemy when they launched their virtual classes and I’ll be honest, I’ve surprised myself in that I stuck with it. I’ve never been a gym person and the ease of the Alchemy Anywhere app and the accessibility of the classes no matter your fitness level is really refreshing. Most of all, Alchemy is a community. It’s super inspiring, the coaches are stellar and while I’ve never met any of the them or fellow “alchemists” irl, I feel a deep connection to them. Alchemy Anywhere is a great option for in-home workouts. You can follow along anywhere and they have work outs that you can do with or without equipment. It’s really accessible, scalable and you leave feeling rejuvenated and strong.
