Firstly, customer service is next to non existent. Any issue with support is auto replied by A I responses, or maybe an agent ticking a box, but ultimately, your not dealing with anyone that can help.
Secondly, if you tend to win at their games, which for me has been more so over the last year as I have improved my levels, then you tend to be accused of cheating. Be prepared to have your account blocked without warning, for up to a month while you are “investigated”. There will be no explanation, as the results will not be explained either. I hadn’t cheated, which was clear and obvious, however not being given the decency of innocent until proven guilty during this matter was insult to injury.
Following on from this, the withdrawal time went from hours and days to weeks. There is a time frame of 4-6 weeks, and during this time you are unable to deposit funds, so managing your account balance is key.
As I write this review I have a total around $900 waiting to be completed.
$300 of this has now gone to 8 weeks, and customer support will not respond to my support tickets. I am ignored. No explanation given to me, just 2 replies that my issues have been escalated to the withdrawal team.
Overall I feel I have been scammed out of legitimate winnings, and the general consensus of not caring about customers, more so ones that can actually compete in their games, is clear to see.

Good games BUT
edit…they say reach out to support but when I do I get back the same form letter.. wait up to 6 weeks for a withdrawal. Meanwhile I am blocked from making a new deposit. It’s not a mistake, it’s their policy. 2 weeks now. I probably won’t deposit any more until they change their policies.

Good games BUT
It’s been a week now and they still haven’t processed my withdrawal. When I try to take an offer it prompts me to cancel my withdrawal. They get money instantly- there’s no good reason to delay payout so much and refuse deposits the whole time. It makes no sense to me and if you don’t care about that, they are good games..

Games are great
A good improvement to the game would be to show how much you have wagered while you are playing the game. Sometimes I press the wrong one and I play so many games that I really just spam the begin match button and sometimes I misread the match fee so I take the game a little too casual in a pro match and end up losing. It typically happens when I want to try a practice match and end up selecting the highest wager. The player-base is very competitive so it is definitely necessary to practice a few matches before going on paid H2H matches.
