Reviews of Florida Health Connect

  • Cannot register anywhere, how are we suppose to use this?

    Very bad design
  • Misleading

Not sure who designed this app but the fact that you all decided to label “Encounter diagnosis” as a sub heading for what a patient has asked to be tested for makes zero sense. As a non healthcare technical patient when I read encounter diagnosis, is it not logical to assume that this is the diagnosis based off the encounter I had at your facility? I was being tested for STD’s and because what I was tested for was listed under encounter diagnosis I thought I had HIV, Chlamydia AND Gonorrhea SMH. Imagine my horror when I read the results as I was traveling on a 4hr flight. I was shaking in my seat and stressed! Only to receive the correct results a full week later. Then you list the same things you are getting seen for from encounter diagnosis under the “Problems” sub heading. Are you all okay? A problem is a problem. The fact that I’m being seen for something does not make it a problem until it is one! Do better! The labels are confusing and misleading.
