    App is good but I have to relink it every day. Please make it so that I don’t have to relink it every day.

    The notification volume is too low. Can you increase the notification volume for CarPlay?
  • Good app

    I use this to multi app, and it seems to work pretty good. However, I have 1 suggestion that will help other drivers (and myself).

    Add an option somewhere (can be in the individual settings of each platform) where you have to confirm you are rejecting the offer.

    I ran into an issue where I had already accepted an offer, and even picked it up, but accidentally hit the Reject button. This automatically unassigned me from the order, without an confirmation. I then had to deal with support.

    I know some drivers use the Reject often, but please add a confirmation setting as this can lead some drivers into potential deactivation territory for a simple mis-tap.

    I have been subscribed for several months now and love Mystro. Thank you for listening.

  • It's a good idea that needs work

    Updated: The app has improved and they added area preference for pick up and drop off.

    Now they have to work and actually catch rides from Lyft map and Uber trip radar. These companies send most of the rides through the map and the driver that selects the ride first will be the one to keep it. This app is still very slow catching rides. Most of the rides need to be selected manually. It gets more errors with Uber than Lyft. I lost several good rides with Uber because Mystro couldn't catch it and Uber gets me errors.

    Uber and Lyft keep making changes to their apps and Mystro needs to keep up.

    Mystro was supposed to get rides from the trip radar and map but, I never got a single ride from there.

    Mystro needs to find solutions that when I get a scheduled ride I need to be on the Uber app 40 minutes before. Even if I'm completing a Lyft ride.

    Mystro needs to find solutions for the Uber trip radar rides and Lyft rides on the map. Mystro needs to catch the best rides for their subscribers.

    Sometimes the app freezes and I'm still on a ride when I have already completed the ride.

  • Surge does not work

    I set up surge > 1.1 and filter does not recognize uber surge value and al value greater than 1.1 does not pass it.
  • Why didn’t I find this app before?

    Amazing and excellent app! I've been driving for multiple rideshare services, and Mystro has truly been a game-changer. It filters rides exactly how I want, allowing me to focus on driving rather than constantly switching between apps. The autonomy it provides is incredible; it seamlessly switches between different platforms, ensuring I never miss a high-paying offer. This app has taken a lot of the stress out of my day-to-day driving and significantly boosted my efficiency and earnings. I highly recommend Mystro to any rideshare driver looking to optimize their workflow and maximize their income!

    Additionally, the support is fantastic. It's not your typical slow email response. They offer live chat support and even have a Discord community! The support I get from this app surpasses all the others. Keep rocking Mystro support team! You’re making a big difference. 👍

  • Clarification

    I am trying this app a second time after Mystro addressed my earlier issue. Now, with Uber, there seems a new issue which perhaps has to do with Ubers 5 second acceptance window:

    I’ve lost a number of comfort rides that I tried to accept. Accepting on the Mystro app most often results in Uber telling me that I’m online. I have tried waiting it out. That doesn’t help. Sometimes I am offered the opportunity to accept in the Uber app. That results in Uber telling me that “something went wrong”. It seems to work fine with Lyft. I can accept rides and it allows me to accept stacked rides. When a Lyft ride is complete, Uber comes back on as it should. If accepting Uber trips doesn’t work, this app is useless for me. It may work for eats but I deliver people. If the app worked for Uber, I would sing it praises. Sadly, I cannot.

    I downloaded the App the other day and deleted it today - because: When I opened the app, the first thing that I was confronted with was an agreement to automatically accept all rides. Assuming I have both Uber and Lyft open, when a $2.50 cent ride comes through, it seems to me that it will be accepted and the other app closed. With upfront pricing, I reject more rides than I accept. I ran this app three or four years ago. I’m sure that it has changed since then. Still, that automatic acceptance of rides hit me wrong and I deleted the app.

    Thanks for your feedback–that's a great point. We have switched it so that the app now defaults to "Manual" mode. We hope you'll give Mystro another try.
  • So bad.

    This software is completely cheating and does not work as it is said. It does not show me good orders. Neither does the automatic filtering part work properly. Nor does it increase my earnings. I have been using it for a month. Not even one order is automatically approved. I complained about this software to Apple and asked for my money back but I could not even get it back. I feel like I went to the market and bought rotten a fruit. I think they are cheating and selling an application that does not work. I am writing this comment after using it for 1 month.

  • Does not work

    I can’t sign in or destination
  • waste of time and money. And a lot of frustration.

    I don’t downloaded this app and I tried for days to get it to work the way it’s supposed to work. It will auto accept the rides, but it will disappear.. I contacted support and they told me that I need to go to the app and accept it on the UBER app. I thought that was the whole idea is to auto except. Even when I go to the UBER the ride will disappear. I lost so many good rides trying to make it work. I was making way more money doing things manually. So if you want any frustration and lose money, download this app and pay for it.
