  • No Uber.

    To connect uber requires some “work around” VPN, trusted certificates, hocus pocus steps, instructions clear BUT it didn’t work. Mystro support said it’s because Uber is “blocking” them. And they don’t have a timeline for fixing it. Ok, maybe that is true. Maybe then try reducing your subscription price by 70% (since that is roughly ubers share of the ride share market) Lyft connected and works fine. Easy setup, no issues. No hocus pocus steps to connect, it was easy. I will rate the app 2 stars. Also I canceled my subscription because I hardly drive on Lyft anyway and it’s not worth 19/month. If mystro could guarantee functionality of their app, it would be fair to ask people to pay. As of right now this app is not providing $19 worth of value

    UPDATE: Mystro team has reached out and is working on patching the issues with Uber, but still not fixed 100% - Uber functionality is limited/glitchy still.

    It’s still overpriced in my opinion. Para is free and will work just as good when the devs figure out a work around to Uber trickery.

  • It can be an excellent tool, but….

    …this app has miles of improving to do as it has the right concept, but with poor execution behind it. I’ve paid my subscription for my Uber driver account and cancelled after the second month. The app is riddled with glitches, as it does not acknowledge rides you would accept via trip radar. Would have loved it (and it would have saved my subscription) if Mystro would ignore rides outside of my filter settings instead of mimicking whatever the Uber app would do; I’ve filtered out rides that would pay me less than $2.50/mile and pay me less than $25/hr. Only useful thing about Mystro is I would get a notification after getting a ride request with the ride details, that would tell me how much the ride is paying me for each mile and how much the ride is paying me each hour…of course, I could do that with my own mind. And with the recent update, the app wouldn’t give me details about ANY ride and the Mystro app wouldn’t give me notifications about the ride request coming through on my Uber, even though Mystro has permission to send me notifications. All in all, I’m NOT paying $18 a month for an app that would calculate how much money I’m earning each ride and the app is now useless after the recent update. Please fix the app and if there is an update where Mystro will ignore rides outside the parameters of your ride filters, I will consider buying into a new subscription.

As a 3rd party app we will see issues from time to time as driver gig apps make changes, there unfortunately isn't a way around that. We just have to keep finding work arounds. As for an auto-decline, we do have that feature and trip radar has also been added. Please contact support so we can offer you a free week trial to give us another try.
  • It's a good idea that needs lots of work

    $19 a month is too much for an app that does too little. I can accomplish the same without the app. The app is full of bugs. Every week, there's something not working and is frustrating. To add value to this app, the developer should add area preference and destination mode. Once you are far from home, this app is no good because it could send you even farther away from home.

    My cancellation rate increased because the app didn't detect that I was already on a ride. I had to continuously cancel the extra rides.

    The app needs more filters, for example, I don't want to pick up a rider more than 5 minutes away if it pays below $7 but, I'm willing to pick up 14 minutes away if the ride is for more than $30.

    The app needs:
    1- Destination mode
    2- Area preference
    3- Additional filters

    In the meantime, it's not worth $19 a month.

  • Legal Or Illegal?

    I just curious this is Legal Or illegal for Uber? If the Uber platform detective that driver using this app to previous know the trip destination. Uber will deactivated the driver account Or not?Is it fair to who don't use this app? I just been using for 2 weeks fmso far. I just afraid If the Uber know the driver use it for cheating. Will deactivated the driver account? Any one have any experience about it? So just give the 3 star for it. If I got positive feedback I will change for 5 star because is really good app for driver.

  • doordash update doesn’t work with ipad

    I can’t use mystro with uber on my ipad as the “profile downloaded” in settings isn’t there
  • best app ever for 1099 workers!

    i never write reviews but this app here!!!! i found out about it through a group on Facebook. i was a little skeptical at first but Mystro definitely does EXACTLY what it’s intended to do. i am both a DD & UE delivery driver, and i absolutely LOVE how you can filter the orders to your preferences! it automatically accepts my preferred orders & auto declines orders that does not pass my preferred filters. and i love how it pauses one app while im doing an order on the other. the only problem is that is does disconnect my DD account occasionally but not the UE?? and it did knock my service out on my phone a few times so had to reboot my phone during orders which was annoying (hence the reason why i gave 4/5 stars). BUT, the app is amazing outside of those glitches. there IS a subscription of about $20/month but i made a little over x20 that amount within 2 days which has NEVER happened before. definitely worth the investment for my 1099 drivers ☺️☺️

  • A few irritating bugs

    Pros: 1. Easy to use 2. Great way to multi app and keep busy 3. Very beneficial to set filters to automatically decline requests outside of your preferences 4. Super helpful in pausing other apps while on accepted requests. Cons: 1. I can no longer rate restaurants and customers, I really enjoyed this Perk!!! 2. Mystro constantly disconnects from DoorDash. I have to go through DoorDash set up again every single time I go onto the app. Sometimes doesn’t work and I can’t use the app that day, because I get frustrated with wasting time trying to set it up. 3. Also Mystro often randomly pauses my Dash even when I am not busy on another app, after 2 times I just go of Mystro and use the apps alone. Otherwise, I would rate 5 stars. If it isn’t fixed soon, I will have to unsubscribe altogether.

  • Don’t do it!

    Does app work sure but it will lower your earnings! So is it worth it? Prior to using this app I only drove for Uber, but ever since I tried using Lyft and Uber to maximize my earnings it actually worked the opposite! Uber alone pays more! Logging on and off from Uber is what this app does only causes Uber to feed you less business. So for your own sake don’t waste your money! Mystro isn’t willing to refund your money. They keep finding ways to say it’s me not using the app correctly! All I know I made more money driving for Uber alone.

We are sorry to hear that you believe you have not seen an increase in profits while using our app. Mystro helps manage your apps for you, so unfortunately we do not have control over what offers and tips you receive. Yes, we do turn off your other apps while you are on a ride so you do not receive multiple offers from different locations at once. While we do recommend you give our app a few days of testing out our features and filters to see what works best for you, it sounds like managing only uber might be best for you and your market.
