Disappointing.
This app does not auto select trips based on filters like it says it will in the app description. You still have to manually accept trips in the app after it passes through Mystro. This is not helpful and actually adds steps to you getting the ride you are looking for.
The app description is false advertising.
Also, when you go to the website and fill out the form to get app assistance, you get an error message and it will not send.
I got a hold of support finally through email. Although they were pleasant to deal with, they did confirm that Uber no longer allows the app to auto accept trip. They have not updated their description to inform potential buyers of this issue. And they have not updated their help options on their website either.

Hello and thank you for your feedback! We are sorry that Uber is blocking auto accept at this time, we are working on a work around that we hope to release soon. Unfortunately as a 3rd party app blockages like this are outside of our control :( We understand the inconvenience/frustration the extra step to accept an offer causes but we hope all of our other features are helpful. Auto accept does work for every other app. Once we have a work around for auto accept in Uber, we would like to offer you a free trial to give us another try. Does not work in Canada
Auto accept doesn't work, it don’t show $ per km and $ per hour. It does show pick up, drop off, time and upfront pay from Lyft but that I can see on Lyft as well. Does not auto decline or auto accept according to filter. Useless app for Canada market.Tinta Tonti

Don't waste your time!!!
I downloaded this app in the hopes it would be a great tool, however I haven't been able to log in with my Uber credentials. They tell you to join their Discord for any issues you run into. I explained everything to the devs and they have not provided a resolve. There isn't anything in particular wrong with my Uber account as I'm entering in the same credentials in the Uber app into the Mystro app. The issue seems to come into play when you have to download a VPN profile to your phone which stops all internet connectivity (HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND IT'S BEING BLOCKED BY THE VPN?!) After explaining everything they stop responding to your messages but stop answer everyone else. & they expect for you to pay monthly for scrappy service like this is redundant to me!Show lessFVSU14
