Have an Apple Watch? Don’t use this company

After months and months of my calls dropping out and not working, trying every single solution . I finally spoke to the chief engineer turns out the issue as I have an Apple Watch. Connected to my phone. If you have an Apple Watch you can’t use this service. The Bluetooth from the watch interrupts the calls. Support suggested I don’t use my Apple Watch anymore. Joke of a company with thousands of fake reviews.

Stay well clear either get a separate work phone or move to Airlandline.

Currently about to start a legal battle with with.

Too many Admin Issues .

As a new customer, too many admin errors in taking
unauthorised payments , and waiting 10 days to get the payments back , spent hrs and hrs dealing with these issues , totally unprofessional in dealing with issues . As well unable to dial out . I lost trust in the BOnline to deliver the service and arrangements as agreed I had to port my number over to another provider .

Good service

I’m a customer with bOnline for 2 years and I’m very happy with it, app can get glitchy sometimes but if phone updates are up to date then everything works fine, sometimes need to close app and start again but it’s minor thing and apart of that everything is fine.

Customer service is always very helpful and I’m really pleased with my recent help received from Kaylin.
