App Needs Work, but Overall Helpful Tool
That being said, I am struggling with the app. It seems that you cannot look back at historical data. You also cannot drag your finger across the app to get an accurate read of your dips or highs. This is frustrating for the user, because it means that you have to be diligent and log manually each time your blood sugar is out of range and how low or high it got.
I also noticed that sometimes the system will log my dips for me (which is great!) but other times it logs nothing at all. Last night while sleeping I had 3 “low glucose” alerts. 2 of them were from me sleeping on the device, so they were not accurate dips. The other one seemed to be a true dip in my glucose. But the app only logged the other 2 “fake” alerts and unfortunately I can’t delete them or add the real dip for my provider. So I’m back to pen and paper to track my glucose because I can’t show my provider inaccurate results.
I see that the devs are responding to comments here so I have faith that they will address these issues soon!
