New + Improved • Group Retiree Solutions (GRS) groups now have access to online billing in the app. Group Administrators must go to the web to grant user access. • For groups that had billing accounts and billing entities in the app, we combined these into just billing accounts for one unified experience. • When making a payment, groups with access can now select a separate bank account for each billing account. • We updated our API to improve app performance. • Large groups with access to claims can now view 36 months of claims instead of 24. • MEWA groups can choose additional termination reasons when canceling coverage to determine the correct COBRA benefits. • Small groups now have an unspecified gender option when editing personal information for members who don't wish to provide their birth sex. • Blue Medicare Advantage brand for Group Retiree Solutions (GRS) has an updated URL: www.bluemedadv.com is now www.bluemedadvgrhs.com • When editing subscriber information, you'll see an alert if the birth date entered makes the subscriber less than 18 years old.

    I have a dozen insurance policies— no where does it say what insurance company this app is for. The stupidest marketing I’ve ever seen for an app.

    The app has a notification badge on it. I’ve looked everywhere in the app, and there isn’t even a place where notifications could appear, so what’s the badge for? Why can’t I clear it?
