Worst Ever
They make everything so difficult when trying to get your accounts sorted. They refuse to take payments over the phone even after they tell you they can. When the company they use to verify your checking account information doesn’t work or even answer the phone when you call, they will demand only direct checking account information. Then they make it such a long drawn out process, they won’t take info over the phone, nor an email even though they will happily email YOU. They will only take a check itself but you have to snail mail or fax. They won’t let you withdraw from their clearly broken system even though you tell them they no longer have you permission to take money out of your check. It takes too long before funds are deposited back into your account.
I don’t appreciate how this program decides what is/is not reimbursable especially when we are using OUR money to make the purchase.

The app itself works fine, so this is no knock on the technology. The organization itself is badly wanting in comparison to other FSAs. Their default is often to deny payment (with one’s own money, mind you) even when documentation from physicians and insurance companies is provided — and when reimbursement is eventually warranted. Nothing out of the ordinary, just regular doctor visits. They make it oddly difficult to get to your own hard-earned money. Something is clearly wrong with their internal processes, as it is a systemic problem.Show less
