Sad clumsy app
The older app had many shortcomings. The new app decided to add to all those shortcomings, and make it a miserable experience. Shame.Happy Feet 27
Cumbersome
The old app was much easier to use. You could see all the courts at once, and see which were available. There is much competition for courts at our facility, and it is cumbersome to have to back out of the reservation process to see what courts are available as they get taken. At the moment we are able to reserve, the courts get snapped up quickly, in less than a second.Show lessKTinFL
Slow and cumbersome to use
Both the app and the website are terrible. Functionality is clunky and slow performance is ridiculous. Most of the time I just skip reserving and just show up. It’s not worth my time.young6138
Don’t bother
Chose your club: leads to an empty page meaning you can’t choose your club. Pointless, useless, don’t bother downloading it.Cycle of Mind
Atrocious app
This app deserves zero stars. How the team that runs this platform can charge clubs for its use is beyond ridiculous. The app is entirely unusable to create a reservation as there’s no scrolling in the “amenities” section. There’s no capability to simply view the status of courts without going through the reservation workflow. The web app used to be the best option but that’s seen broken JavaScript lately. Basic yet still doesn’t function
I would love to know how much my club pays for the use of this app, but whatever it is it’s a waste of money. The fact that you have to scroll down and see each court is such a pain. Zero stars !!! a google spreadsheet could do betterCcrtech1
Worse than the old one
This new version is like going back to an old school app. Not as user friendly and more cumbersome to see the courts and times together. I couldn’t reserve two courts at a time like I did with the previous app. It’s 2021, please improve it to a higher standard.Loonio74
Very buggy
Can't even make a reservation online. Please fix and test this app or get rid of it. Frustrating to the point I want to quit tennis.

One star because I had to, but really give it no stars because it doesn’t work. Username and password don’t work. It’s asking for an email address and doesn’t give you the option to create an account. Bring the old app back-it worked just fine.Lperez5
