Cannot re-set password
I was required to update to the new Reserve My Court app. Sad to say the new app requires a password update but does not send the re-set link. My husband had the same thing occur. Now we cannot reserve a court :(Can't reserve my court
What were they thinking?
This upgrade is not an upgrade at all. The old version was way better—kind of like a B movie that had a cult following—not great, but campy and it did the job. The second try at this updated version needs to go back to the development team. You cannot see the entire court availability from one’s phone or tablet. It’s annoying. The colors are nice, but that’s it. People were having trouble seeing all the courts for paddle and tennis. The old version had all courts at once. With this one, you have to link to the club for paddle in order to see the courts. It should provide all the courts at once. Too many design flaws.Show lessKoofren
Getting it to work???
It is very unstable. Setting up my SignOn was difficult. Logging on is a pain. Sometimes it works. Sometimes NOT. I don’t know why they abandoned the previous system.kantthinkofone
Can’t login
I have literally tried to login at least 15 times and it won’t work. Very poorly made/designed.Bamboo tat
Very bad application
I gave give this app a 1 because it’s horrible. Very basic. Doesn’t let you see all the courts or timings properly. Like like an amateur made made it.Noor mit
HORRIBLE- THE WORST
I genuinely believe my Labrador could have designed a better app than this. It’s really just sad, it’s not that complicated. FIGURE IT OUT, NOW!Hhheeeeeeffg
Major step backwards
The previous version allowed editing reservations. This ios app does not. Even the online version requires several non-intuitive steps to change the starting time.Unimpressed-101

I sure hope they did not pay someone to do this upgrade. This app is horrible & the website is about the same. Will be looking into other alternatives...TennisRT
Horrible, horrible app
You cannot see an overview of all the courts. My neighborhood has 10 courts snd it is frustrating (to say the least) that one has to open each court to see if there is availability. The website isn’t much better after their new rollout, either. I would give it zero stars if I could. Deleting app after I send this review.Show lesssmash@net
