Horrible
It now takes 10 minutes to make a court reservation when it took 10 seconds on the old app. It’s just awful I hate it. Sometimes the reservation shows that you are waitlisted even if there is no conflicting reservation.Crp72

The older version was way more user friendly.
You could see the entire schedule of courts, now you have to go into each court.JBoytim
Come on guys, you can do better!
This application was very poorly designed when you compare it with the previous version (website). The password for the website is not functioning in the app.If a separate password is required for the app the website does not state so. If you enter “forgot password “ a message that instructions were sent to your email appears. When you check your email there’s nothing there, not even in spam folder. Easy fix. I created a link to the login website, saved the password and deleted the application.Show lessGusto1957
Ridiculous
How can an app like this be published for public for use? It is missing basic feature like editing a reservation. It needs a ton of work. You could have done better by using an example out of programming book to build it. Pathetic ☹️Abel Melchiore
More like a downgrade
This app is terrible and the online website isn’t much better! You have to search through each court in the app to see what’s available and it always starts you out at 7:00am! You want a court at 7:00pm? Good luck! By the time you get to court 8 for availability, someone else will have booked it! Also, you have to click on each reservation to see who has one booked. And trust me, it matters who you are playing next to! So again, a pain to reserve this way! The old website was better, I don’t think the developers have ever played tennis or even booked a court!Show lessSneakygirl6139

I could see where this will work in the future, but the app as is isn’t good enough. Hard to navigate the main menu, hard to pick courts, just cumbersome. Keep trying to get it right, though!CurtPokerLouisville
