  • I can’t get into my account

    The option to put in my phone number to get in my account is not popping up for me! Why!?
  • Great at first

    It was great at first and then it’s just gone down hill. The prices have gone up tremendously and then add in the new shipping cost. The weights for shipping are crazy across the board. It no longer feels like a community in their fb group. Just highly disappointed. I thought Trendsi was going to be my only supplier until so many shipping issues.

  • Bad bad change

    Shame it all has to change in such a bad way. There are other dropshipping options available. Bye trendsi ✌️
  • Confusing to use

    Have tried signing in just brings me to the App Store don’t recommend
  • App won’t allow me to sign up

    I’m not receiving any codes to sign up. I feel that there should be more accessibility for situations like this. I can browse, but nothing else. The items are great, but If I can’t sign up - how am I supposed to be able to patronize the site? :(

  • Needs a lot of work

    First let me say that I have been using Trendsi for 8 months and in this time they have grown a lot, but still not enough. They constantly run out of sizes and cancel orders. My company spends a lot of money on Facebook ads, so when a sale roles in we’re excited, but then the order gets canceled from Trendsi DAYS LATER for whatever reason ( sold out, quality, etc). At that point ( sometimes a week after a customer ordered from me), I am left to contact my new costumer and let them know their item was falsely promised to them. It’s a horrible way to run a business and very stressful.

    On the other hand, Trendsi has a quick customer service response to issues, and the app/website works pretty well. The clothes they are picking are great quality and I still trust that they will work out their kinks, so I’m sticking with them for the time being. It’s hard for me to grow if they do not. I also hope they choose even better merchandise in the months to come.

    I’m a small business owner and supporter. please know you will have the possibility of issues with no matter whom you choose, so this review is just honest feedback to let others know my experience. I will adjust this review in a few months.

  • great app but needs improvement

    wide selection, great products, completely free. import time is a little slow, but you can exit out of the page. some categories are hard to find. for example, when I search "panties" I only find 7 items. I am also unable to add the products to more than one collection within Trendsi, however I can go into Shopify and add it to more collections easily. barely any full size run options when going into categories..

    Thank you for your feedback and it matters a lot to us. We will continue to improve our search results and look into additional ways to manage your Shopify collections. We recently released a new "full size" run category and you can find it in the top navigation of the Trendsi Web App (or under category in mobile app)

    Great products great customer service
  • App won’t load

    I deleted and re downloaded several times and when the app tries to load it won’t allow me to click past the landing page. I can only access Trendsi via my computer which is fine but I really need mobile access to use to allow more mobility for my business.

    I wrote one review but I forgot to include Lee who has done such a wonderful job getting back with me on my questions. I really can’t say enough good things about Trendsi 🙌🏼
