So far the apps pretty good for a business owner, however there’s a glitch that sometimes won’t allow me to pay for my customers orders, it takes me to this loading page then takes me right back to orders as if nothing happenedSo blessed to have Trendsi
Shout out to Dave the customer service guy when I say he knew everything that I didn’t. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed completed. Thank you once again Dave and Trendsi!100% unreliable
So the very first order I put in they failed to fulfill because their inventory is in accurate on the app. It says they’re in stock but once you order it, you only find out is not in stock. I order two pairs of leggings and one pair they didn’t even have in the warehouse when it says on the app and the site they’re in stock in inventory. I had to reach out to customer service just to find out that they don’t even have the item in any of their warehouses to fulfill my order. The first impression is the strongest that’s why I’m leaving them with one star because they can’t even fulfill a simple order.Show lessDeveloper Response
