Not so good
I got this app maybe a month ago and all was well until they did some type of update. The app doesn’t work anymore and when I go on the website it glitches constantly. I would like my money back seeing I won’t be getting the year I paid for out of this!Lee boyd
Can’t even log in
I tried to like the app. The concept is great but if I’m going to pay $$ for a subscription then I expect at least a workable solution. The web version keeps hiding action buttons (next/cancel/back) and the native app keeps giving an unhandled error message. Tennis is amazing, this app is not
I am a fan of PYC and what they are doing (using tech to make it easy to connect with other players in your area and skill level). It has been a great way to meet new players in Los Angeles, but the app is very bad. Have to use the web version, which they are working on improving. But the app, sigh. After their latest bug fix/update etc., the app doesn’t work at all. You open it and it’s just a white screen… So, it’s been up for 5 days. I hope they can fix it soon, until then, don’t download the app, just login on a web browser.Show lessJob 9:9

This app/site is an awesome idea but unfortunately their chat system is a disaster. I’ve had chats disappear, names disappear, last week all of my chats older than one week disappeared, and today was the last straw where they rolled out a new design and it lost ALL of my chats from the last 2 years. I was supposed to play with someone this morning but we had no way to communicate and we’re unable to find each other. I don’t even remember his name so I can’t find him in the system. What a disaster. Please avoid this app at all costs until they hire a new tech team.Show lessApl9000
Instant hitting partners, but the app itself could be more graceful
As far as the service this app provides to you, it’s excellent because it’s behind a paywall. This business model generally weeds out all of the folks with less intent and leaves the people who actually want to play tennis often in the mix. I’ve found several hitting partners after being in a new city for a single week.
The app itself doesn’t always perform with grace and it’s just a decently made app as far as software goes. Buggy chat that’s usable enough, I can’t add a profile picture (or at least I’ve found no way to do so), etc. I’m satisfied to be sure, but there’s certainly more to want out of the UX.Show lessrjoor

After a year still many issues, bugs, missing features. The notification bell always reads 34 new messages even though I checked them all. The messages inbox never loads, just see spinning loading wheel. Player profiles still don’t show match record. My match history is empty on app but not on website. Can’t see past bracket challenges. Seems like this app and system needs a lot of work.Show lessfonehome

Nothing Loads
Nothing ever loads. Player search and bracket challenges don’t load. I checked their website on a desktop browser and nothing loads as well. Hard to play when you can’t find hitting partners or can’t see who you’re playing in a bracket challenge. I wouldn’t recommend this app.scabtennis
Buggy software
The idea is great and the features are great. But the app is full of bugs. I cannot register bracket league through the app and it’s showing some outdated info. It stores my Facebook profile picture without asking me and I cannot change it back.Allegro_leon
The concept is amazing. The app needs work
I love this company so much. Brilliant idea that we all have been looking for. My only complaint is that the messenger service on the app does not work. You click to message someone and it just goes to a loading screen and never loads. It’s been like this for a while now and I’m surprised it hasn’t been addressed.Show lessBenbone
