Additional fee
I love this app, easy to use and can see where driver is on map.
I don’t understand the charge fee on top of the fare. The description when I look at history of my rides says charge fee is for wait time/tolls.
I took a taxi last night, I was waiting in the street ready for the driver so no wait time, and no wait time for me getting out of the car. So not sure what this additional 60p was for - and did not realise charged it until I went to see how I could tip the driver because he was lovely and car was great
