Not the best app
I love glassons clothes, but the app is pretty bad, after maybe 5-10 minutes using the app, it will just suddenly go black and get me off the app. Then when I go back on it doesn’t save where I was left :(
fine but lots of glitches
It shows the clothes and looks good but the app is very low quality and doesn’t actually work very well. for example everytime i zoom in or try to full screen on a picture the app shuts itself. also sometimes it doesn’t show all the colours of the item, or you will click on it and it will take you to a complete different section of the app than just switching, and then it won’t show all the colours available. overall it’s fine but definitely had a lot of things that need to be fixed.

Do not download. worthless. discounts not added.
I downloaded this app for the 20% off advertises if you use the app but it gave me no option for adding a promo code when i checked out, once i put my payment in and pressed "continue to review checkout" it just put it through. I had a different 15% off if that 20 didn't work. I'm never using this app again. I'm never buying from here again. I'm telling every girlfriend in the city not to waste their time. I'm so angry it's ridiculous.

It’s hard to navigate it’s always glitching especially when I use in store it freezes so much when I try to use true barcode
App works great :)
Good app, I’ve purchased from it multiple times and there’s been no problems. When you go on to the feed part of the app it does reload a bit but apart from that it’s a good app for shopping online 👍🏼
Good but needs improvements
As someone who spends all of their paycheque at Glassons, I love the concept of having an app where you can add to your wish list, purchase items and also scan items in store to check if they stock your size. However, there are a few problems. It never lets me register gift cards and when I want to pay with a giftcard I have to do it via the website instead of the app. The app has crashed a few times but given the amount of items they post on there everyday I really can’t complain. I would still recommend this app a lot but be warned that you will end up buying everything as soon as it comes out 😭🫶🏻🥹

DONT GET THIS APP
On the website it says if you download the app you get 20% off ontop of the sale going on. I downloaded it and it only gives you 15%… okay cool. I copy the code to use it at checkout AND IT DOESNT EVEN WORK.
This app caused my phone to malfunction…
This app unfortunately caused my phone to completely malfunction. After I downloaded it, the app just kept popping up, I was unable to close it. It even made it difficult to do a hard reset as it kept popping up on the screen. :(
It’s like installing a virus
Downloaded it to get the 15% off, tried logging in, it sent me a “magic link” to help me login to my email.
The app then persisted on the screen. I was unable to change apps to get the “magic link” from my emails.
Every time I would nav to another app it would force return me to the glassons app.
I was unable to quit the app or even turn off my phone.
I started to panic thinking I accidentally installed a fake version of the app and got a virus.
My phone then turned itself off (presumably from overload).
That experience was literally like what it would be like to install a virus on your phone. Absolutely terrifying in the moment because of the implication of accidentally giving a scam app your login details.
I will not shop from the glassons website, let alone app again.
I can see a review from JANUARY THIS YEAR the user had the same experience as me. Seems like no one is looking at these reviews.
As a Product Owner for an app myself I’d be prioritising investigation of this issue to make sure it’s not widespread.
The app then persisted on the screen. I was unable to change apps to get the “magic link” from my emails.

Do not download this app.
I just spent the last ten minutes trying to close this app. It wouldn’t let me close and it wouldn’t let me return to home page. It wouldn’t even let me switch off my phone, for some reason it made my phones call emergency services. It’s worst than a virus.
