Please improve!!
I made an account on the glassons app for the first time and tried to exit out of it and it completely CRASHED my phone (an iPhone 11). After attempting to swipe up from the app (which ended up back to the app anyway) I tried turning my phone all the way off just for it to glitch all the way out. After that I just deleted the app.

Riddled with viruses
Downloaded app which I was suggested to via website only for the app to then not close. I’m using an iPhone 14, all up to date with latest software but downloading the glassons app caused some serious malfunction that I had to do an emergency shut down on my phone (even when I tried a manual shut down it wouldn’t work, glassons just kept coming up and wouldn’t let me select any other app). Have now deleted the app and upon reading other reviews, will not be re-downloading.

I’m impressed
The app managed to prevent me front exiting it, restarting, or even turning off my screen. Being bad enough to make my phone unusable is a feat in itself.
Also said online one would get 20% off for using the app, then offered 15% off in the app, then the discount didn’t even work. Masters of suspense.

Use the website or in store 😭
I was checking out but then didn’t want to continue at the moment so I left for another app and it kept kicking me back into the app every 2 seconds 😭 please fix. I had to delete the app to get it to stop. It was so annoying do not recommend downloading, the website was much better.
Back button is uselsss
Do you even test the app? The back button always goes back to the little hanger tab and not BACK to the page I was last on. It’s not hard to do. Maybe get a real human being to test ur app before u launch it. Literally no button goes where u expect it to but this is just so frustrating
Horrible app
The app is full of bugs and ticks. If you are browsing a category, click on an item, then click back, it takes you back to the main menu instead of where you were in a particular category.
Also when you are on your wish list, and you click on an item then click back, it takes you back to the main main page. Does that make sense?
It’s sooo frustrating and shouldn’t be an issue for a big brand like Glassons.

Doesn’t do the one thing it’s meant to
I find that this app adds a hurdle and makes the path to purchase incredibly challenging. Every time I click into an item I’m interested in, and then click back it takes me right back to the top so I have to keep scrolling to find where I had got to. Time after time. This is a really terrible app experience in my opinion as a shopping app should enable a more convenient shopping solution not make it so hard that you give up.

Full of bugs
App is full of bugs that reeeeeally put me off even browsing through the app which I suspect will be really hurting conversion rates.
- when you view a product on the Product page, then click back to the category page it takes you back to the very top of the page which is super frustrating especially if you were deep in the scroll, I assume this should be a pretty basic fix but doesn't seem to ever be addressed.
- randomly get logged out of my account
- when you change the colour of an item on the PDP it would be better if you werent taken to an entirely new page, makes it frustrating when you want to go back to the category page but have to skip back through all the colours you've browsed
Over all lots of things that need fixing that would make the user experience so so much better.

Bugs
Too many bugs. When you’re scrolling through a category then click on an item & return, it takes you back all the way to the top which makes it really hard to shop.
hard to use
Every time I use the app there’s always so sort of glitch that happends!! whenever I click on an ideas and press the back arrow and it loads endlessly,I always have to scroll off and come back again. Don’t think it’s my phone but i’ve always updating the app and there still many glitches. I just end up using the website it’s so much easier
