App does not slap
Honestly the worst functioning shopping app. I get they probably justify it by knowing people will still buy their clothes but if glassons had as functional an app as Princess polly or vrg girl I would be buying there so much more often but it just flat out doesn’t work. I’ve always been such a big fan of glassons but can’t justify spending money there anymore they’re getting greedy and cheap

Needs fixing
This is the most frustrating app ever. Firstly, whenever you try to see an item and you go back to the list, it takes you all the freaking way to the top and have to scroll all the way down again. Then, there is like no point using filter for size bc they dont even work properly. And dont even try choose the order and a filter bc it will be unusable. If you are listening to music it completely stops it. Lastly it takes forever to load and then sometimes it may not even load at all. And this was just on my first try of the app. Literally worst app for clothing. Use the website insteadz

Refresh every time u click on a product
Impossible to shop with this app, every time u click on the product to view and exit a product it brings U back all the way to the very top so you’ll have to scroll down again and again. love Glassons but don’t the app is horrible.
please fix
when scrolling through the items, as soon as you click onto one then go back to keep scrolling, you’re sent right back to the top. you literally can’t even properly shop on the app because you’re just constantly taken out of whatever clothing category you were looking at. this has been the case for a very long time, i’ve never seen the app actually be user friendly at all. obviously no one checks on how the app is working and it’s just sloppy.

Scrolling
When you tap on a particular order to look at a specific item, it takes you all the way back to the beginning and then you have to scroll and find yr item and place in the queue again and again

Buggy
Easier to use the website. Every time you click an item then try to go back to the rest of the items you were browsing, the page goes blank and you have to start over. No updates to resolve this in a long time.
Terrible App, Prefer the Website 👎
I love glassons, but this app is horrible to use. For example, I’ll scroll down for ages looking for something, then when I find it I’ll click on it to get a closer look. Then, when I press the back button to take me back to the page with all the clothes, it’s scrolled right back all the way to the top. This is incredibly annoying. Also, when I am looking at something in my cart, click on it and press back, it takes me to the search menu page rather than back to my cart; also incredibly irritating. This apps ease of use is not it. This is just two bugs I’ve noticed, but this is definitely not all. The app is overall laggy, logs me out of my account all the time, freezes, and using it is not an enjoyable experience. Glassons, get on it ASAP.

No good
Has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. If you set a filter or a “sort by” setting to your search it just refreshes it immediately after viewing one product. If you view a product and then swipe back to the page you were on, it takes you right back to the top of the page. I don’t want to scroll through hundreds of items again and again! So many other bugs and glitches. Really poor form from such a high profile company.

Fix the bugs asap pleaseee
I love Glassons products. But the experience of trying to use this app and the website is horrible. You’s should probably sort these issues out as I go on the app every second day in hope that you have finally fixed the issues and that I can actually use it and have an enjoyable experience but I genuinely want to throw myself at a wall every time because nothing changes. When you are browsing through products and tap on a product then try to go back a page it takes you to the top of the page. Even though you might be scrolled 80% down the page. Complete waste of time and Energy. Not a blissful experience at all.

Annoying glitch
Every time I view an item and press back it takes me back to the very top of the page so I have to scroll back to where I was every single time. Its enough to make me stop browsing
