Great app! Needs updates!
The app looks great and functions well apart from constantly logging out of my account. I'm sick of typing in my email and password almost every time I want to use it! I have no other issues except for this and I hope it is resolved soon as I'm always on the app!!!hephler
it’s good when it works (which isn’t often)
The app is set up really well, and when it works it’s a good experience. However, it rarely does work! Every single time I open the app it asks me to sign in again, which is annoying. The main issue is when browsing it’ll show me like 10 different items, I’ll scroll down, it’ll repeat those same 10 items again and then everything else will stop loading!! And I can’t view any other items!Show lessbooitscaitlin
App loads content super slowly rendering it pretty much unusable
Content load time of the app is painfully slow to where I default back to the mobile-optimised webpage. Navigation is also slow, janky. It would be great to have a more native app where these 2 things can be improved and the app useable.Al75388
Just doesn’t work
It’s honestly 100 times easier to use the website than the app. The app constantly lags, drops out and does it’s own thing making the overall experience of using the app very frustrating. I add things to my bag and the price changes, the wrong size/colour goes in and then adds/deleted random items to my bag. When checking out it didn’t allow me to change my address and continued to say I lived in a completely different country... I would love to be able to use this app more but for the moment it’s just a bit difficultShow lessmontyfreeman
Missing order
After paying for my order through the app, I could not find it anymore on the app. I logged out and logged in again, but the app still showed no order! However the order was shown on Glassons website!NormieFF

User friendly, easy to navigate & browse through categories or searches.
Easy checkout process & order confirmation was prompt & clear. Fast shipping – 2days, well packaged, product is accurate to the description, colour & image advertised.

I love Glassons but...
The app is full of bugs/glitches and doesn't work properly. The interface looks good but isn't very functional. I always have to skip hints every time I open the app, constantly have to log in again when I get logged out randomly, and can't view/buy clothes because out of nowhere I will open a product and everything after will display as not available for long periods of time. I keep hoping these will get fixed when a new update comes out, but they haven't been. Please fix this, I love shopping here but the app is not nice to use when I can barely use it to view or purchase anything.Show lessAvidInstagramUser_
Good app
I really love the clothes and how easy it is to use the app, meanwhile it still looking so stylish and trendy, but for some random reason, clothes that just came out disappear on the app, no to be found just a few days after they came out. 😞 Not very happy about that 👎Vani ❤️❤️❤️
Didnt think of the user experience
Having icons at the bottom doesnt necessarily mean users know what they are so you end up clicking on them multiple times just to see what it is.
Also houses your discount but they don’t automatically come up in payment choices like how other retailers do.Jan Maya
Fix the cart
Would be 5 stars but I’ve been trying to remove something from my cart all day and it won’t move from my cart so will not be purchasing till it is fixedAshtips
