Didnt think of the user experience
Having icons at the bottom doesnt necessarily mean users know what they are so you end up clicking on them multiple times just to see what it is.
Also houses your discount but they don’t automatically come up in payment choices like how other retailers do.

Fix the cart
Would be 5 stars but I’ve been trying to remove something from my cart all day and it won’t move from my cart so will not be purchasing till it is fixed
The App Doesn’t Work
In all seriousness i was pumped for the glassons app, opened it up, made an account etc- all was well and good then the app crashed and it has not ever loaded since no matter how many times i refresh, redownload, turn phone off and on. fix da app and my rating will go higher !!

big mistake
This has been launched prematurely, this could have been great with additions to make the experience enjoyable or at least tolerable. Instead navigating and using this app is infuriating, the icons at the bottom of the screen to navigate are confusing and very buggy. Some extra features should be added like swiping to move back a page instead of having to scroll all the way up to find an arrow. Please please consult with your developers because this was a flop and half.

Maybe the release was too soon cuz it’s wont let me even sign up it says there’s a 404 error
New launch
App has been a work in progress for a while by the look of things, however it was officially launched as of yesterday in Australia and is absolutely, insanely amazing ! Easy log in, my receipts are all in one spot and you can also receive 20% off your first purchase when you download the app!
