  • Usage Stopped Work

    A able to see my usage. Since June 4, no long able to.
  • Credit Card modification

    Please add a feature to manage your cards on file. We need the ability to remove a card, I’ve been having difficulty registering a card and I can’t remove it, customer service can’t help to remove it so what’s the point.
  • App error: App session will be terminated due to insecure device settings. Please contact support.

    The app doesn’t work. Every time I launch it, it closes with the error “App session will be terminated due to insecure device settings. Please contact support.” Please send out an update for this app with a fix to this error on iOS
  • Needs much improvement

    The simple option of deleting a card you no longer want on the account is non existent. Neither the app nor the website is user friendly. Technology is to make one’s life easier not harder.
  • Works just fine

    It works great on iOS device. I’m able to pay my bills… together too and even report outages. Only drawback is it keeps logging you out and you have to remember your log in to get back in.

    This is definitely one of the best apps around. You’re able to do so much from it. I love the feature that allows you to monitor your usage the most. No need to call or visit customer service again.
  • Good app but design issues hamper usability

    I’d give more stars because this is genuinely a good app but there are 2 things in particular that really degrades usability.

    1. They force users to register their cards in order to use them…fine. But why do I need to renter all that information every time I try to pay my bill? There’s no security advantage. It’s just a stupid and short sighted design. Simply having users confirm the last 4 digits or confirming the CVV is enough to confirm the transaction….the card is already saved to the system.

    2. The mere fact that I can’t paste my information into the form is also very stupid. Again, no clear security advantage. It also eliminates the ability for anyone to use their cards stored on their keychain.

    On paper some of these designs might seem like good ideas but they clearly weren’t developed by a competent technical mind. Degrades the usability of the app entirely.
  • App problems

    One whole week and the app isn’t working. On day 16 it reset, it’s now day 22. No notification about what to do and unable to make report from the app. It doesn’t make sense if you’re trying to watch the usage and this issue continues. This is twice now I’m having to uninstall the app then reinstall it to reset. Why can’t it just send out updates like other apps.
  • Unable to track current consumption of electricity

    Hi, I received the installation of a prepaid meter which is currently been used as post paid meter. Due to the type of meter I am able to track the usage of electricity for each new period. Kindly asking for an upgrade in the system to enable same.
