Bug Issues
The app doesn’t work properly on iOS. If I download it today it works perfectly but tomorrow it won’t open which is inconvenient. I have to keep reinstalling so I can use it again. You may need to take a look into that.JourneyWithSher

I like this app but there are bugs that needs fixing. The usage section doesn’t work any at all for me. I would like to know my usage as I go along. And to get my bill on time to make payment.KeceAnn
It’s alright
I haven’t had any major issues with paying my bill on the app. My major pet peeve is that I have to put in my email address and password EVERY TIME. It’s an app on MY phone. There needs to be a way to get in and pay my bill quickly without having to “log on” every time I go on the app.

I like but here are some suggestion
I like the new app and the features. But after submitting payment the receipt does not show the address for the property. Also, need the option to pay multiple accounts at one time like how it was on the old website. Can only pay one by one on the new app and website.refearon
