No Updates
I suddenly can’t move beyond June 7th even after updating the app. So inconvenient especially while working from home and needing to report an outage since calling JPS takes forever.

Current goes off far to often with no warning.

I use this app on my phone and I’ve had no major issues with it.

Too many Glitches
Omg .. Its a pain using the app & it’s not responsive to you or just kicks you off FIX IT

App is not opening
Since the IOS upgrade I have not been able to access the app. The Face ID option is no longer available. And I received a message that method arguments are no longer valid. This seems to be linked to the recent upgrades to the App or IOS 14
Fraudsters
I have been over charge for this company they are too criminals in Jamaica with over charge and reading meters accurately
Stupid update
I keep my many complex passwords in an encrypted password manager program. The myjps app for iOS refuses to allow copy and paste in password field. This is stupid. Am I to remember or retype password each time I have to relogin? I just deleted the mobile app and use the browser on my pc.
