Used this device once. Decided to use it again 30 days later and I can’t connect to the video. Deleted the app, reinstalled app…….. nothing
Very unhappy
I purchased the otoscope that goes with this app and the otoscope appears to be fine but I get nothing on the screen from the app which makes the otoscope useless. A complete waste of money and would not recommend to anyone. I’d give it no stars but I couldn’t post a review without entering one.

I bought this and all worked fine for about 30 days. Now, no matter what I do, it won’t connect to its internet service location. Hence, it doesn’t work at all! Typical junk from China. I went to their app support web site. And, of course, all in Chinese. Good luck and don’t waste your $ (US money).

Not worth the effort
Short and to the point…As others have stated, it may work initially but after a few SECONDS it glitches then freezes (iPhone 11 Pro Max, latest OS). Rarely is anything in focus. Congratulations if you buy this because you too will have wasted your money.
App will not connect to WiFi
No matter how many times I have uninstalled and re-installed the app with the QR code, as it suggests in the instructions, the app will not find or connect to the app wifi it requires. Will be sending the item back and getting another brand.

Very poor camera, will not focus on anything properly, decent looking bit of kit, hugely let down by its inability to fulfil its intention. Will be seeking a refund.

i dont work for the company, nor am i paid for this review, but it actually works great, and i think the people saying it only works once, might not understand how to get it to work again. First of all, the device was very inexpensive, so i wasnt expecting much, but the video quality is decent. The only problem i have is figuring out which way the camera is facing. I feel like i am turning the device left, but it is turning right. There should be a way to invert the camera. But to the people saying it only works once… as you know, you first need to connect your phone to the wifi of the device. But as SOON as you put the cap back on, it will disconnect from the wifi, you have to go back into your phone settings and reconnect your phone to the device. It does not reconnect automatically. I think that if there was a little more activity and support from the developers of this app, by commenting on peoples bad ratings, giving them feedback, the app might not have such a low rating. The device does heat up quickly from the LED light, but if it gets too hot, you can take a 5 minute break and it should be fine. I think that for the amount that i paid for this device, i am more than happy.

Just burn the money it will save you time and frustration. And don’t think you’ll just return it. Ha!!! Buy this item after reading this and you can just ware a “sucker” sign.

One time use
I used it one time and after that the camera won’t even pop up anymore.
