Very laggy, not usable
Does Not Work
Since this app has yet to work for me I have a tool that is unusable and a complete waste of money. It’s really dumb and frustrating.
Very Disappointed
Was so excited to receive this product but inability to connect to the app makes it absolutely useless… will be returning product and deleting app.
Software Glitch
Very frustrated with this product. I’m able to use it for about a minute and then the video gets choppy and then it sometimes just freezes. Not the safest thing when you have something inserted into your ear. I restart the app and things seem fine, but then it starts becoming choppy again within a minute. No other apps running. I tried it on my iPad Mini and iPhone 11 Pro. Tried forgetting the device and then reconnecting. Same irritating result.

Meh...
It works and that’s the main thing. The process is a little janky but connected to my otoscope okay. Image could be bigger, it was hard to see sometimes but the quality of the otoscope isn’t amazing so... *shrugs*
Works as described
I did not have any trouble with this connecting. I like that it only connects when I give it permission. It works as described. I would suggest a tighter fit for the scoop as it came off a few times but unrelated to the app. Move the camera very slow and remember you’re looking at it more like a mirror so move the opposite of what you think.

Didn’t connect
Very disappointed, like others’ reviews I just read, it doesn’t connect on my phone either. It says it’s connected to the WiFi, but just underneath that it says “not connected.”
PLEASE UPDATE APP!
iPhone user. I was so exited to get this product. Open it up, downloaded app, and have been trying for an hour to connect to this stupid app. Nothing. The WiFi connection doesn’t work. I’m super disappointed. Please fix this error for iOS users.
Connects to it’s own wifi signal - amazing
For those who are having issues, it just creates a unique and unsecured connection. Connect to it in the wifi setting page, then open the app and it’s pretty amazing. The build quality it solid, it feel well weighted and secure. It takes some effort to examine ones own ears, because everything is backwards. But wow is it cool to use and see. Took pics of my own eardrum. But obviously don’t get too close.
